Employees on Non-Project. Work On work where the personnel of the District may be working in close proximity to the construction activities covered by this Agreement, the Union agrees that the Union representatives, stewards, and individual workers will not interfere with the District personnel, or with personnel employed by the any other employer not a Party to this Agreement.

  • Employee’s Own Illness The start of a leave for the employee's own serious health condition shall begin on the date requested by the employee or designated by Management.
