Common use of Between Threshold and Target Clause in Contracts

Between Threshold and Target. If, upon the conclusion of a Measurement Period, the achievement for a particular Performance Goal exceeds the threshold level, but is less than the Target, between 50% and 100% of Performance Units allocated to such Performance Goal for the Measurement Period shall become notionally earned.
