Common use of Beverage and Food Service Clause in Contracts

Beverage and Food Service. MGI may install and operate as a part of the Incidental Equipment non-alcoholic beverage machines for the complimentary dispensing to its patrons of beverages such as coffee and soft drinks. Should MGI desire to provide food items to its patrons on a complimentary basis, MGI agrees to purchase such items from the Store.
