Beverages. Vendor agrees not to sell carbonated beverages, sports drinks, iced teas, fruit drinks, and/or bottled water at the Last Fling. Only shake-ups, smoothies, and other prepared beverages will be considered. 4.1 Vendor must receive prior written approval from the Naperville Jaycees to sell any type of beverage whatsoever at the Last Fling. 4.2 Any permission for the sale of specific beverage items is at the sole discretion of the Naperville Jaycees, this includes lemon shake-ups.
