MERCHANDISE RESTRICTIONS. Lone Star Rally, Inc. has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (t-shirts, ride pins, etc.). Lone Star Rally, Inc. further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other mer- chandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Any products or services rejected by Lone Star Rally, Inc. must be immediately removed from the event premises and may be removed by Lone Star Rally, Inc. if this does not oc- cur. Galveston codes and/or Rally policy prohibit the selling of sexually explicit material, items with obscenities or profanity, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, weapons, merchandise containing racial slurs, manufacturer or copyright infringements, obscenities or other offensive or other detrimental matter. Any such merchandise or displayed matter will be confiscated and not returned. Mer- chandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of Galveston, date, event name, trademarks, etc.) or which has this ef- fect will not be permitted. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading “Official Rally Merchandise”, “Rally Xxxxxxx- xxxx”, “Rally Tees”, “Event Tees” or any similar language advertising the sale of event merchandise. “Lone Star Rally, “Lone Star Motorcycle Rally”, “Lone Star Bike Week” and “Galveston Bike Week” are all trademarks of Lone Star Rally, Inc. Any vendor found selling merchandise that infringes on these trademarks may be asked to leave immediately and will be subject to legal recourse. Alcoholic Beverages may not be sold or served within an exhibitor’s space under any circumstances and all vendors should sell prod- ucts of the official rally caterer or beverage sponsor (i.e. water, soda) if they wish to sell this product. Rally policy prohibits “Games of Chance” exhibitors. All violators will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Rally Management will determine the appropriateness of products exhibited, and reserves the right to prohibit display or advertise- ment of products that are in violation of these Exhibitor Regulations or any other reason. By signing this form you are agreeing that the officers of the Lone Star Rally, Inc. have sole and final authority to determine violations of this agreement. MERCHANDISE RESTRICTIONS. Absolutely NO games of chance will be permitted to set up at any Easyriders Events – NO EXCEPTIONS. Exhibitors may NOT sublet their booth space to another company or individual under any circumstance. Easyriders Events has the exclusive right to display, license, sell, and merchandise all event novelties (T-shirts, run pins, etc.). Easyriders Events further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale, or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Any products or services rejected by Easyriders Events must be immediately removed from the event premises and may be removed by Easyriders Events if this does not occur. Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, weapons, merchandise containing racial slurs, manufacturer, or copyright infringements, obscenities, or other offensive or detrimental matter will not be permitted and will be confiscated and not returned. MERCHANDISE RESTRICTIONS. Certain merchandise is not allowed in the Exhibitor Hall. The Organizer reserves the right to change what merchandise may be sold at its discretion. Examples of merchandise not allowed in the Exhibitor Hall are food and drinks, swords and weapons, fan art items, flammable items including chemicals and candles, and scented bath and body products that may cause allergic reactions to sensitive persons.
MERCHANDISE RESTRICTIONS. Stickers of any kind, inflated balloons, water, and Frisbees cannot be given away by Concessionaires or Exhibitors. The licensee will be asked to remove these items from the grounds. Due to safety regulations and concerns, the use or sale of Laser Lights or Laser Pointers is strictly prohibited. No licensee will be allowed under any circumstances to possess these devices within their display area. Any other product deemed inappropriate or unsafe by Fair Management or the New York State Police will not be allowed. You must have received prior approval from New York State Fair Management for any giveaways. Decisions are made during the application and approval process and are reflected in the Exhibit License Agreement. Floor samples that are sold during the New York State Fair cannot be picked up on the evening of Monday, September 5, 2022, after the Fair closes at 9:00pm. Arrangements should be made with your customers for pick-up the following day.

We provide this Website for use only by persons located in the United States, and it may only be available to people located in the United States.   • INCOME RESTRICTIONS The Grantee agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Grantee under this Agreement shall be paid by the Grantee to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Grantee has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement.
