Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

Normal Commercial Relations Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Loan Trustee, any Noteholder or any other party to any of the Operative Documents or the Pass Through Documents or any of their affiliates may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
