Common use of BICYCLE DEFINED Clause in Contracts

BICYCLE DEFINED. In this Policy except where stated to the contrary the words “bicycle” means any cycle powered by human pedaling including any fixed Accessories or removable parts when stolen or damaged at the same time as the Bicycle, which is specified on the Schedule. Accessories means equipment added and fixed to the Bicycle in addition to the manufacturer's original specifications as specified on the Schedule; and not otherwise specifically excluded, and the Value included in the Sum Insured
