Common use of BID SUBMISSION AND REVIEW Clause in Contracts

BID SUBMISSION AND REVIEW. If the PDP Sponsor intends to participate in the Part D program for the next program year, PDP Sponsor agrees to submit the next year's bid, including all required information on premiums, benefits and cost-sharing, by the applicable due date, as provided in Subpart F of 42 CFR Part 423 so that CMS and the Part D plan sponsor may conduct negotiations regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed bid and benefit plan renewal.
