Common use of BIDDERS INTERESTED IN MORE THAN ONE BID Clause in Contracts

BIDDERS INTERESTED IN MORE THAN ONE BID. No person, firm, or corporation shall be allowed to make, file or to be interested in more than one (1) bid for the same WORK unless alternate bids are called for. A person, firm, or corporation who has submitted a subproposal to a BIDDER, or who quoted prices on MATERIALS to a BIDDER, is not thereby disqualified from submitting a subproposal or quoting prices to other BIDDERS, but must quote the same subproposal or price to all BIDDERS.
