FORM OF PROPOSAL AND SIGNATURES. The proposal shall be submitted, fully executed, on the form provided by the City, and it shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked and addressed as hereinafter directed. A proposal form will be issued with each download of the Contract Documents. Other copies may be obtained from the Purchasing Division. The Bidder shall state in figures the unit prices or the specific sums, as the case may be, for which he proposes to supply the labor, materials, supplies, or machinery in order to completely perform the contract. The total lump sum bid shall be stated in words and figures. IN THE EVENT WORDS AND FIGURES DO NOT AGREE, THE WORDS SHALL GOVERN AND FIGURES SHALL BE DISREGARDED. IF THE UNIT PRICES AND THE EXTENDED TOTAL AMOUNT STATED BY THE BIDDER FOR ANY ITEMS ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT, THEN THE UNIT PRICE ALONE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS REPRESENTING THE BIDDER'S INTENTION, AND THE BASE BID WILL BE CORRECTED TO CONFORM

  • Counterparts and Signatures The Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. A Party may evidence its execution and delivery of the Agreement by transmission of a signed copy of the Agreement via facsimile or email. In such event, the Party shall promptly provide the original signature page(s) to the other Party.
