BIDS FOR ALL OR PART. Unless otherwise specified by Augusta, Georgia or by the proponent, AUGUSTA, GEORGIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE AWARD ON ALL ITEMS, OR ON ANY OF THE ITEMS ACCORDING TO THE BEST INTEREST OF AUGUSTA, GEORGIA. Proponent may restrict his bid to consideration in the aggregate by so stating but must name a unit price on each item submitted upon.

BIDS FOR ALL OR PART. Each project will be bid separately unless otherwise expressly requested in the Proposal. Combination bids, that are bids on separate projects lumped together as a single bid or on all or none bid or on all or none basis, will not be accepted unless the Proposal expressly requests or permits same.
BIDS FOR ALL OR PART. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to make award on all items in the aggregate or on any of the items on an individual basis, whichever is in the best interest of the County. A bidder may restrict its bid to consideration in the group aggregate by so stating, but must name a single unit price on each item bid. Any bid in which the bidder names a total price for all the articles without quoting a unit price for each and every separate item may not be considered for award.

  • Environmental constraints and management Describe or cross refer to environmental constraints applicable to the Contractor’s plan and his activities on the Affected Property and how they should be managed.   • Prohibition Against Subcontracting or Assignment The experience, knowledge, capability and reputation of Consultant, its principals and employees were a substantial inducement for the City to enter into this Agreement. Transfers restricted hereunder shall include the transfer to any person or group of persons acting in concert of more than twenty five percent (25%) of the present ownership and/or control of Consultant, taking all transfers into account on a cumulative basis. In the event of any such unapproved transfer, including any bankruptcy proceeding, this Agreement shall be void. No approved transfer shall release the Consultant or any surety of Consultant of any liability hereunder without the express consent of City.

  • CONSOLIDATION OF PROCEEDINGS a. It is understood that the County is entering into this type of agreement with exclusive representatives of other representation units of County employees. The County Executive or his/her designee shall be authorized to order the consolidation for purposes of hearing and decision of a complaint by the Association with one (1) or more complaints by exclusive representatives of other representation units, except as to unit representatives who file their complaints on dates which preclude the scheduling of the consolidated hearing.

  • Third Party Interests The other parties to this Agreement hereby represents to the Trustee that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the Trustee in connection with this Agreement, for or to the credit of such party, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such party hereto agrees to complete and execute forthwith a declaration in the Trustee’s prescribed form as to the particulars of such third party.

  • Acquisition of Property The Contractor shall document that all property was acquired consistent with its engineering, production planning, and property control operations.

  • Assets The School shall maintain a complete and current inventory of all of its property and shall update the inventory annually. The School shall take all necessary precautions to safeguard assets acquired with public funds.

  • Subcontracting or Assignment The Contractor shall not subcontract or assign any part of the work to be covered by this Agreement without the District’s prior written approval. In aid of the District’s consideration of potential subcontractors or assignees, the Contractor will provide the District with the following documentation from subcontractors and assignees: • The name and address of the subcontractor and/or assignee and list of all of the employees who will provide the services on behalf of the subcontractor/assignee, and any additional resumes or other information about the subcontractor/assignee’s requested by the District. • Proof of insurance equal to or greater than the insurance requirements of this Agreement. • The subcontractor/assignee’s city/county business license and any other certifications necessary to show that subcontractor/assignee is qualified to provide the goods and/or services required by this agreement.

  • Proceedings with Respect to Certain Assets and Liabilities (a) In connection with any investigation, proceeding or other matter with respect to any asset or liability of the Failed Bank retained by the Receiver, or any asset of the Failed Bank acquired by the Receiver pursuant to this Agreement, the Assuming Institution shall cooperate to the extent reasonably required by the Receiver.
