Required Not required Commercial General Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in a form and with coverage that are satisfactory to the State. This insurance shall include personal and advertising injury liability, products and completed operations, contractual liability coverage for the indemnity provided under this contract, and have no limitation of coverage to designated premises, project or operation. Coverage shall be written on an occurrence basis in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Annual aggregate limit shall not be less than $2,000,000.
Permission for such leave will not be unreasonably withheld The aggregate total number of days of leave, including Provincial Committee Leave, will not exceed sixty-five (65) working days in a calendar year.
Payment Not Acceptance Payment of any progress payment or final payment shall not constitute acceptance of Work that is defective or otherwise fails to conform to the Agreement, or a waiver of any rights or remedies the Department may have with respect to defective or nonconforming Work.
Contract Period Not Affected If the State suspends a work authorization, the contract period as determined in Article 2 of the contract (Contract Period) is not affected and the contract and the work authorization will terminate on the date specified unless the contract or work authorization is amended to authorize additional time.
COVERED NOT COVERED All components and parts of well pump utilized as a source of water to the home. Above or underground piping, cable or electrical lines leading to or from the well pump, including those that are located within the well casing, well casings, pressure switches not located on the pump, holding, storage or pressure tanks, booster pumps, re-drilling of xxxxx, well pump and all well pump components for geothermal and/or water source heat pumps. NOTE: We will pay up to $1,500 per Agreement term for access, diagnosis and repair or replacement.
Payments Not Received (a) Payments are due and payable on the date of issue indicated on the bill for collection. When a payment for timber cut and other charges is not received at the location designated by Forest Service by the date allowed in the bill for collection for receipt of payment, Contracting Officer will suspend all or any part of Purchaser’s Operations until payment or acceptable payment guarantee is received. Work Does Not Comply with Contract If the Engineer submits work that does not comply with the terms of this contract, the State shall instruct the Engineer to make such revision as is necessary to bring the work into compliance with the contract. No additional compensation shall be paid for this work.
Puts Within 30 Days After Bank Closing During the thirty (30)-day period following Bank Closing and only during such period (which thirty (30)-day period may be extended in writing in the sole absolute discretion of the Receiver for any Loan), in accordance with this Section 3.4, the Assuming Institution shall be entitled to require the Receiver to purchase any Deposit Secured Loan transferred to the Assuming Institution pursuant to Section
Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
Payment Does Not Imply Acceptance of Work The granting of any payment by City, or the receipt thereof by Contractor, shall in no way lessen the liability of Contractor to replace unsatisfactory work, equipment, or materials, although the unsatisfactory character of such work, equipment or materials may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made. Materials, equipment, components, or workmanship that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Contractor without delay.
