Billing and Collection; Payment to the District. (1) As specified in Section 3(a), the County shall xxxx the C-XXXX Assessments in the same manner and at the same time as it bills its real property taxes. The C-PACE Assessment payments shall be a separate clearly defined line item and shall be due on the same dates as the County’s real property taxes.
