BILLING AND PAYMENT OF TRANSMISSION CHARGES. 10.1 Subject to provisions of this Article 10, the Monthly Transmission Charges shall be paid to the TSP, in Indian Rupees, on monthly basis as per the provisions of the Sharing Regulations, from the date on which an Element(s) has achieved COD until the Expiry Date of this Agreement, unless terminated earlier and in line with the provisions of Schedule 4 of this Agreement.
