Billing, Credits, and Refunds a. The Cable Operator shall use the Anniversary Billed System or similar system of billing. The Cable Operator shall allow at least thirty (30) days from the beginning date of the applicable service period for payment of a customer’s service xxxx for that period. If a customer’s service xxxx is not paid within that period of time the Cable Operator may apply an administrative fee to the customer’s account.   • Rebates, Credits and Refunds The HSP:

  • Discounts, Rebates and Refunds Cash discounts obtained on payments made by the Construction Manager shall accrue to the Owner. Trade discounts, rebated, refunds, and amounts received from sales of surplus materials and equipment shall accrue to the Owner and the Construction Manager shall make provisions so they can be secured.
