Billing errors and adjustments. (g) If we find an error on a xxxx, we will apply an adjustment to your service account and this will appear on your next xxxx. We will credit your account with any overpayment and you must pay any underpayment by the due date. If you no longer have an account with us, we will take reasonable steps to refund any overpayment to you.
