Xxxx Payment. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete.
Xxxx Payment. If we approve Xxxx Payment services for your account, you may pay your bills electronically, and have your recurring bills paid automatically. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. Xxxx Payment. The Xxxx Payment Service allows you to schedule xxxx payment through Bridge City Bank Online Banking Service. This Service is available pursuant to a license Agreement by and between Bridge City Bank and CheckFree. Bridge City Bank reserves the right to terminate your use of Xxxx Payment at any time. In the enrollment process, you must designate which checking account will be used as your Payment Account from which all xxxx payments will be made. By providing the names and account information of those Payees to whom you wish to direct payment, you authorize Bridge City Bank to follow the payment instructions that it receives from you. When we receive a payment instruction, you authorize us to debit your account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close to the payment date designated by you as reasonably possible. Bridge City Bank shall not be obligated to make any such payment unless your account has sufficient funds to pay the xxxx. Each Scheduled Payment Date selected by you must be entered no less than five (5) business days before the actual due date, not the late date and/or a date in the grace period. Your Payment Account will be debited for each xxxx payment on the Scheduled Payment Date. Payment instructions entered after 11:59 PM Eastern Time (10:59 PM Central) or a non-Business Day will be considered entered on the next Business Day. If you properly follow the procedures described herein, and we fail to send a payment according to your payment instructions received, we will bear responsibility for late charges up to $50.00 maximum. In any event, including, but not limited to, choosing a scheduled payment date no less than five (5) Business Days before the actual due date, the risk of incurring and the responsibility for paying any and all late charges or penalties shall be borne by you. We will not be liable if any third party through which any xxxx payment is made fail to properly transmit the payment to the intended payee. Xxxx Payment. To the payment of the principal or Redemption Price of and interest then due on the Bonds (upon presentation of the Bonds to be paid, and stamping thereon of the payment if only partially paid, or surrender thereof if fully paid) subject to the provisions of this Bond Indenture (including Section 6.02), as follows:
Xxxx Payment. The Rent shall fall due for payment in advance on the 1st of each month. The Lessor shall issue invoices to the Lessee with such contents as are required under the applicable regulatory framework, and specifying the Lessor’s account number for the payment of the Rent. Payment is not deemed to have taken place until the amount is credited to the Lessor’s account. Xxxx Payment. Xxxx Payment permits you to schedule payments to Payees. By using Xxxx Payment, you authorize us to process the payments and other transactions you request from time to time through use of Xxxx Payment. You also authorize us to debit your Payment Account(s) in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement does not alter your liability or obligations that currently exist between you and your Payees. We reserve the right to refuse to permit you to use Xxxx Payment to pay any Payee. We may, at our option and in our sole discretion, remit, stop, cancel and manage payments, cancel payments, refuse to permit you to use Xxxx Payment, or terminate your right to do so at any time.
Xxxx Payment. You agree that that terms and conditions for the Xxxx Payment Service as described in Section I., Item J., under "Terms and Conditions for Both Consumers and Non-Consumers”, applies to non-consumer Xxxx Payments.
Xxxx Payment. The Service permits Client’s customers with United States funding accounts (“Customers”) to schedule payments online to United States payees. FIS chooses the payment method. The settlement account shall be the Customer’s designated funding account for all transactions. FIS shall charge the designated settlement account(s) the amounts owed to settle payments processed by FIS.
