Billing errors and adjustments. If a billing error is found (e.g., an incorrect meter multiplier was applied), then DSO shall make the necessary adjustments and contact the member about the error. DSO shall make adjustments for the entire period during which the condition or error existed, subject to state statute limitations. If the error resulted in DSO overbilling the member, then DSO shall determine what the proper bill(s) should have been and provide this information to the member. DSO shall credit the adjustment to the member on the next available billing cycle.
