Common use of Billing Increments Clause in Contracts

Billing Increments. All calls (excluding California IntraLATA and California Intrastate calls and calls to International Locations, Canada and Mexico) will be billed in six (6) second increments and subject to a six (6) second minimum charge. California IntraLATA and California intrastate calls will be billed in six (6) second increments and subject to an eighteen (18) second minimum charge. Calls to International Locations, Canada and Mexico will be billed in six (6) second increments and subject to a thirty (30) second minimum charge. All calls will be billed utilizing Hardware Answer Supervision where available.
