Common use of BILLING PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

BILLING PROCEDURE. Titan or Titan’s Agent will send to Company a weekly billing statement (the “Statement”), which will itemize all charges for the billing period. The amount shown on the Statement as “Xxxx Total” shall be due and payable upon receipt of the Statement by the Company. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days after the date on the Statement (“Week Ending Date”) and all payments must be direct debited from an account designated by Company.

The total amount shown on the Statement as “Xxxx Total” shall be due and payable upon receipt of the Statement by the Company. Payment is due within fourteen twenty-one (1421) days after the date on the Statement (“Week Ending Statement Date”) ). Billing and all payments must payment processing may be direct debited from an account designated administered by Companya third party for Titan. Company agrees to remit payment as instructed on the respective Statement.
