Common use of BIM's Discretion Clause in Contracts

BIM's Discretion. BIM may, at BIM’s sole discretion and upon sixty (60) days' notice to Xxxxx, terminate this Agreement and provide for discharge of this Agreement from title in respect of any Designated Unit.
