Binding Effect; Parties Affected. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by not only the parties hereto but also their respective successors, assigns, heirs and personal representatives. This Agreement shall not be assigned by any party hereto without the express written consent of the other parties hereto. Nothing in this Agreement shall entitle any person other than the parties hereto and their respective successors, assigns, heirs and personal representatives, to any claim, cause of action, remedy or right of any kind. This Agreement may be executed in a number of identical counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which constitute collectively one agreement; but in making proof of this Agreement, it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one such counterpart.
