Binding on Successors, Etc. This Release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. Nothing in this Release is intended, and it shall not be construed, to give any person or entity other than the parties hereto (other than the direct and indirect subsidiaries of Hawk) any right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Release or any provisions hereof.
