LAND DEDICATIONS. The Town agrees that the transfer of real property to the Town pursuant to paragraph 14 hereof is more than required to meet land dedications or fee in lieu of land pursuant to the Code for development of the Annexor’s Property. As a result, the Town agrees there shall be no additional land or cash in lieu of land required for Annexor’s development of the Property.
