Common use of Blanket Coverage Clause in Contracts

Blanket Coverage. Borrower may provide any Required Insurance under a blanket policy or policies covering the Property and other property and assets, provided that: 8.12.1. The blanket policy otherwise meets all requirements for Required Insurance, and, except in the case of Liability Insurance, specifies how much coverage, and which sublimits, apply exclusively to the Property; and 8.12.2. The amount allocated to the Property equals or exceeds the Required Insurance.
