Blinding concrete. No casting of any concrete on the ground shall take place until the ground has been passed as satisfactory by the Architect. All ground to carry reinforced concrete shall be covered with a blinding layer of concrete 1:10 of the thickness shown on the drawings, or if not so shown, a minimum of 50 mm.
