Blocked Account/Cash Management Systems. The Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to the Agent that, as of the Original Effective Date, blocked account and cash management systems complying with Section 2.17 have been established and are currently being maintained in the manner set forth in such Section 2.17, and the Agent shall have received copies of duly executed tri-party blocked account and other control agreements satisfactory to the Agent, acting reasonably, with the banks and other Persons as required hereunder or pursuant to Section 5.14.

Blocked Account/Cash Management Systems. The Lender shall have received evidence satisfactory to the Lender that, as of the Effective Date, blocked account and cash management systems complying with Section 2.14 have been established and are currently being maintained in the manner set forth in such Section 2.14, and the Lender shall have received copies of duly executed tri-party blocked account, lockbox and other control agreements satisfactory to the Lender, acting reasonably.

  • Cash Management Systems On or prior to the Closing Date, Borrowers will establish and will maintain until the Termination Date, the cash management systems described in Annex C (the “Cash Management Systems”).

No Loan Party shall maintain any bank accounts or enter into any agreements with Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors other than the ones expressly contemplated herein or in Section 6.12 hereof.
