Blocking of the Deposit. 5.8.1. In order to guarantee the payment of the license fee, as well as the rental fee, the Copyright Holder has the right to block on the User's card an amount of up to 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) rubles at the time of the start of the Rental. The Copyright Holder shall unblock this amount after the trip has been paid for in full by the User (including the license fee and rental fee charged as a result of the trip), and the funds shall remain on the User's bank card. 5.8.2. If the aggregate amount of the license fee and rental fee charged during the trip is less than 500 (five hundred) rubles, the Copyright Holder shall have the right to remove the blocking of the deposit before the User pays for the trip. 5.8.3. If there are insufficient funds on the User's bank card to pay for the trip (including license fees and rental fees) at the time of their debiting in accordance with section 5.8 of the Offer, the amount of the deposit specified in clause 5.7.1 may be debited by the Copyright Holder in full for the trip or in the part covering shortfall in the amount necessary to pay for the trip.

In order to guarantee the payment of the sublicense fee, as well as the rental fee, the Copyright Holder has the right to block on the User's card an amount of up to 30 (thirty) Belarusian rubles at the time of the start of the Rental. The Copyright Holder shall unblock this amount after the trip has been paid for in full by the User (including the sublicense fee and rental fee charged as a result of the trip), and the funds shall remain on the User's bank card. 5.7.2. If the aggregate amount of the sublicense fee and rental fee charged during the trip is less than 10 (ten) Belarusian rubles, the Copyright Holder shall have the right to remove the blocking of the deposit before the User pays for the trip. 5.7.3. If there are insufficient funds on the User's bank card to pay for the trip (including sublicense fees and rental fees) at the time of their debiting in accordance with section 5.9 of the T&C, the amount of the deposit specified in clause 5.9.1 may be debited by the Copyright Holder in full for the trip or in the part covering shortfall in the amount necessary to pay for the trip.
