Blood Donations. An employee may be granted leave with pay, paid release time of up to a maximum of two one (21) hours, hour for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work. The length of such leave must be approved by the supervisor and is dependent upon the nature and scheduling of the work performed and the travel distance required.

Blood Donations. An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum pay during their regularly scheduled hours of work for time actually spent donating blood. Such leave shall not exceed two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours per donation. Scheduling of worksuch leave must be arranged with and approved by the employee's immediate supervisor. Granting such leave is subject to operational requirements.
