Bloomberg (A) “Iss’d Under 144A/3c7,” to be stated in the “Note Box” on the bottom of the “Security Display” page describing the Global Notes;
(B) a flashing red indicator stating “See Other Available Information” located on the “Security Display” page;
(C) a link to an “Additional Security Information” page on such indicator stating that the Global Notes are being offered in reliance on the exception from registration under Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933 to Persons that are both (i) “qualified institutional buyers” as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act and (ii) “qualified purchasers” as defined under Section 2(a)(51) of the 1940 Act, as amended; and
Financial Market Service Bloomberg Financial Service and any other financial information provider designated by the Depositor by written notice to the Trustee.
Display The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users shall have the right to electronically display the Licensed Materials.
Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
Arithmetical Errors 30.1 The tender sum as submitted and read out during the tender opening shall be absolute and final and shall not be the subject of correction, adjustment or amendment in any way by any person or entity.
30.2 Provided that the Tender is substantially responsive, the Procuring Entity shall handle errors on the following basis:
a) Any error detected if considered a major deviation that affects the substance of the tender, shall lead to disqualification of the tender as non-responsive .
b) Any errors in the submitted tender arising from a miscalculation of unit price, quantity, subtotal and total bid price shall be considered as a major deviation that affects the substance of the tender and shall lead to disqualification of the tender as non-responsive. and
c) if there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words shall prevail.
30.3 Tenderers shall be notified of any error detected in their bid during the notification of a xxxx.
Union Bulletin Boards The employer shall provide the Union with bulletin boards in all buildings for posting notices of the following types:
1. Notices of recreational and social events
2. Notices of elections
3. Notices of results of elections
4. Notices of meetings
Statistical, Demographic or Market-Related Data All statistical, demographic or market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package or the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company believes to be reliable and accurate and all such data included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package or the Prospectus accurately reflects the materials upon which it is based or from which it was derived.
Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.
Nasdaq Quotation The Company agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to continue the quotation of the Company Common Stock on The Nasdaq Stock Market during the term of this Agreement.
