Bloomberg Screens. Etc. The Company from time to time shaH request all third~party vendors to include on screens maintained by such vendors appropriate legends regarding Rule 144A and Section 3(c)(7) restrictions on the Rule 144A Global Notes. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company shall request Bloomberg, L.P. to include the following on each Bloomberg screen containing infom1ation about the Rule 144A Global Notes:

Bloomberg Screens. The Issuers shall request that Bloomberg, L.P. and any other third-party vendor include the following on each Bloomberg or other similar screen containing information about the Rule 144A Global Notes (which request shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto):

  • Bloomberg (A) “Iss’d Under 144A/3c7,” to be stated in the “Note Box” on the bottom of the “Security Display” page describing the Global Notes;

  • Financial Market Service Bloomberg Financial Service and any other financial information provider designated by the Depositor by written notice to the Trustee.

  • BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Current Market Price The term "Current Market Price" shall mean (i) if the Company’s common shares are traded in the over-the-counter market or on the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Automated Quotations System ("NASDAQ"), the average per Share closing bid price on the 20 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of exercise or date of call by the Company, as reported by NASDAQ or an equivalent generally accepted reporting service, or (ii) if the Shares are traded on a national securities exchange, the average for the 20 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the exercise date or the date of call by the Company of the daily per Share closing prices on the principal stock exchange on which the Shares are listed, as the case may be. The closing price referred to in clause (ii) above shall be the last reported sales price or, if no such reported sale takes place on such day, the average of the reported closing bid and asked prices, in either case on the national securities exchange on which the Shares are then listed.

  • Trading Day For purposes of this Warrant, the term "trading day" means any day on which the principal United States securities exchange or trading market where the Common Stock is then listed is open for trading.

  • Statistical and Market-Related Data Any statistical and market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package or the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company believes, after reasonable inquiry, to be reliable and accurate and, to the extent required, the Company has obtained the written consent to the use of such data from such sources.
