BULLETIN BOARDS. The County will designate a bulletin board or a portion of an existing bulletin board in each division of the agency for the exclusive use of VCPPOA. A copy of all material to be displayed upon the bulletin board shall be provided to the Agency Head or his designated representatives. Information posted on the bulletin boards shall conform to the applicable decorum policies. If the Agency Head objects to the contents of such material, he shall immediately notify VCPPOA staff or its representative. Such material shall be removed from the board, based upon the Agency Head's objections and if an agreement cannot be reached between VCPPOA and the Agency Head, the matter shall be immediately referred to the Director-Human Resources for resolution. If either party objects to the Director-Human Resources' decision, he has the alternative of filing an unfair labor practice charge before the Civil Service Commission. VCPPOA is responsible for posting material upon the designated bulletin board and for neat and orderly maintenance thereof. Such material shall be signed and dated by a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, officer, or staff member of VCPPOA.
BULLETIN BOARDS. The County shall furnish bulletin board space for VCDSA, the size and location to be jointly determined by departmental management and VCDSA. The boards shall be used for the following subjects:
A. VCDSA recreational, social, and related news bulletins.
B. Scheduled VCDSA meetings.
C. Information concerning VCDSA elections or results thereof.
D. Reports of official business of VCDSA, including reports of committees or the Board of Directors.
E. Any other written material which first has been approved by departmental management. Prior to posting, material described above shall be initialed by an authorized representative of VCDSA and the departmental management personnel. Bulletins requiring approval shall be acted upon within one (1) normal working day. In cases where VCDSA, in whole or part, represents more than one representation unit at a work location, the space described above will become the bulletin board space for all employees represented by the Association at that work location.

All notices posted on such bulletin boards, other than the weekly list of job vacancies, shall be initialed by a member of the executive of Local 793 prior to being posted and shall be authorized in compliance with University Policy #2 "BULLETIN BOARDS, TEMPORARY SIGNS, AND NOTICES" prior to being posted.
ARTICLE XXVI BULLETIN BOARDS A bulletin board shall be reserved at an accessible place in each school or other work location for the exclusive use of the Union for purposes of posting material dealing with proper and legitimate Union business concerning employees in the unit.
