Use of Bulletin Boards. Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
Use of Bulletin Boards. Reasonable space shall be allowed on bulletin boards as specified by the Department Head for use by employees and the Union to communicate with Departmental employees. Material shall be posted upon the bulletin board space designated and not upon walls, doors, file cabinets, or any other place. Posted material shall not be obscene, defamatory, or of a partisan political nature, nor shall it pertain to public issues which do not involve the County or its relations with County employees. All posted material shall bear the identity of the sponsor, shall be neatly displayed, and shall be removed by the sponsor when no longer timely.
Use of Bulletin Boards. The Board agrees to designate one (1) bulletin board per teacher workroom for use of the Association.
Use of Bulletin Boards. The Association shall have the right to place appropriate notices, circulars and other materials on designated school bulletin boards and in members' boxes. The Association must identify clearly on their communications the name of the association as the source of the notice, circular, or other material. At least one bulletin board in each school shall be reserved exclusively for Association material.
Use of Bulletin Boards. The Association shall have the right to post notices of its activities and matters of Association concern on bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be provided by the Board for each school building in the faculty work room. The Association’s use of bulletin boards shall be consistent with the Association’s use of District mailboxes as described in Section B.2. below.
Use of Bulletin Boards. 11 At each major work site a portion of the available bulletin board space shall be provided for use by 12 CSEA in the posting of notices and other items of interest to unit members. The authorized CSEA 13 representative shall be responsible for the posting, contents, and removal of items posted. Prior to 14 posting, a duplicate copy of the materials will be shown or given to the principal or site manager.

Notice shall be dated and signed by authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
Use of Bulletin Boards. Groups or individuals other than administrative personnel and organizations approved to represent staff employees wishing to display materials on bulletin board must have the approval of the administrator of that building or the department head. Such approval will be indicated by the administrator or department head initialing the materials to be displayed.
Use of Bulletin Boards. CSEA shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of CSEA concern on designated bulletin board space, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building in an area frequented by unit members. All items for bulletin boards must contain the date of posting and CSEA’s identification. All postings on bulletin boards shall be made by an authorized CSEA representative. CSEA will not post or distribute any information on school property that is obscene, derogatory, or defamatory of the District or its personnel.
