Common use of BOARD AND SUPERINTENDENT RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

BOARD AND SUPERINTENDENT RIGHTS. The Association recognizes that the Board and Superintendent reserve and retain full rights, authority and discretion for the proper discharge of their duties and responsibilities to direct, supervise and manage the District to the full extent authorized by law. The exercise of these legally authorized rights, authorities, duties and responsibilities by the Board and Superintendent and the adoption of policies under relevant or applicable statutes shall be limited only by specific and expressed terms of this Contract and any District policy.
