Board Approved Credit Unions / Payroll Deduction Agreement. Each employee deemed eligible for membership by a credit union and approved by the board shall be able to file a payroll deduction authorization card, which entitles him/her to payroll deduction rights with the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Board of Education. Changes in payroll deduction will be made effective the first pay of each month. In order to have a change in payroll deduction made, the employee must file a payroll deduction authorization card the Treasurer no later than the 15th of the month immediately preceding the date of change desired. The Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Treasurer shall make payment to the Credit Union via direct deposit with the same effective date as the payroll direct deposits.
