Perfect Attendance Incentive. If a bargaining unit member does not utilize any sick leave, personal leave or unpaid leave (including a “dock day”) during the school year, s/he shall receive a six hundred dollar ($600) stipend. If a bargaining unit member uses one (1) day of sick leave, personal leave or unpaid leave (including a “dock day”), s/he shall receive a four hundred dollar ($400) stipend. The stipend will be paid in the second pay of July.

Perfect Attendance Incentive. Teachers who do not use any sick or personal days in a marking period will receive a payment of $125.00 for that marking period except teachers who do not use any sick or personal days during the last marking period shall receive $150.00 instead of $125.00.

Perfect Attendance Incentive. A nine (9) month employee who uses no sick leave/personal leave during the period of July 1 – June 30 of any one contract year shall receive a perfect attendance incentive of 4 days at their per diem rate payable in the June 30 paycheck. A twelve (12) month employee who uses no sick leave/personal leave during the period of July 1 – June 30 of any one contract year shall receive a perfect attendance incentive of 5 days at their per diem rate payable in the July 31 paycheck. For twelve (12) month employees vacation or compensatory time will not disqualify the employee from earning this incentive. A nine (9) month employee who does not meet the Perfect Attendance Incentive can still earn an Attendance Incentive as outlined in the chart below payable in the June 30 paycheck. To be eligible for the attendance incentive employees must be hired prior to the end of the first semester. Employees attendance incentive shall be pro-rated based on the number of full quarters worked during the year.
Perfect Attendance Incentive. A perfect attendance incentive of $125 will be provided for each employee who has perfect attendance for one hundred and eighty two (182) consecutive calendar days from either his/her last absence or his/her last incentive award. Perfect attendance shall be defined as unbroken service with the exception of vacation days, paid holidays as determined by the Board, military service, or jury duty. The use of sick leave, personal leave, bereavement leave, workers’ compensation, or an unpaid absence will result in broken service with respect to consecutive calendar days.
Perfect Attendance Incentive. If in the first semester a unit member has perfect attendance, excluding professional days, the member shall receive a stipend of $100.00; a unit member with perfect attendance, excluding professional leave, for the second semester shall receive a stipend of $150.00.
