Common use of Board Compensation and Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Board Compensation and Other Benefits. The Company agrees that the New Directors (or any Replacement Director) shall receive (A) the same benefits of director and officer insurance as all other non-management directors on the Board, (B) the same compensation for his or her service as a director as the compensation received by other non-management directors on the Board and (C) such other benefits on the same basis as all other non-management directors on the Board.
