BOARD OF MEMBERS. The Board of Members shall have the sole right to manage the business of the Company and shall have all powers and rights necessary, appropriate or advisable to effectuate and carry out the purposes and business of the Company. Each Member shall have the right to appoint two (2) Representatives to the Board.

BOARD OF MEMBERS. 19.1 The Enterprise shall be managed by a board consisting of members agreed by the parties and permitted at law. The term of office of the Board is three (3) years. The Board shall be appointed by the Parties at the Effective Date. The voting rights of each party shall reflect the respective Participating Interests of the Parties.
