Board of Trustees Decisions. The authority to grant or deny tenure or permanent status is vested with the Board of Trustees. Any and all decisions relating to the awarding or withholding of tenure/permanent status or the renewal or non-renewal of individual contracts of probationary academic employees shall not be subject to the grievance process.
