– Board of Trustees Representation. A designated Union representative shall be recognized by the Board at all open Board meetings and shall be allowed to enter items on the agenda in the required format and timing and shall be allowed to speak on any question on any agenda. The Union representative shall be furnished agendas, minutes, and study materials mailed to the public.
