Board Policy Consistent with Terms of Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement or any application of this Agreement to any employee or group of employees is held to be contrary to law, then such provision or application shall not be deemed valid and subsisting, except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Board Policy (which is expressly not incorporated herein), this Agreement shall prevail. This Agreement shall supersede any policies, rules, regulations, or practices of the Board which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
