Board Rules, Regulations, Practices and Individual Contracts. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations or practices or practices of the Board which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. It shall likewise supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms contained in any individual teacher contract heretofore in effect. All future individual teacher contracts shall be made expressly subject to the terms of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into and be considered part of the established policies of the Board.
