Common use of Board Service Clause in Contracts

Board Service. Executive will be nominated for reelection as a member of the Board at each annual meeting of stockholders during the Term at which the class of directors to which he belongs is up for election. If so elected, Executive agrees that he will serve as a member of the Board and/or the board of directors or managers, as applicable, of any of its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as to serve as a member of any committee of any of said boards, to which Executive may be elected or appointed.
