Common use of Board Service Clause in Contracts

Board Service. During the Term, while Executive is employed as Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, at the request of Company and subject to any appointment or election requirements, Executive shall serve on the Board and the boards of directors of Company’s subsidiaries, in each case without additional compensation. Upon Executive’s Termination Date, Executive shall immediately resign from the Board and all boards of directors of Company’s subsidiaries.
