Board Shall Designate A Representative to Hear Appeal. The Board shall employ a neutral third party to hear the appeal and to recommend action to the Board. Except in cases where MS/CG is not involved in the appeal, the cost of the hearing shall be shared equally between the District and MS/CG, including the fees of the neutral third party and a court reporter or stenographer. Cancellation fees shall be the responsibility of the moving party.
