Board’s Decision Final. The decision of the Board shall be final and binding. The provisions of this Section shall not be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration provisions of the Agreement. The Board shall have the right on its own motion by majority vote, to re-open any application for review, whether or not the application was originally granted or denied.
