Common use of Board’s Response Clause in Contracts

Board’s Response. Within 15 business days of receipt of the notice of termination or non-renewal under Section 9.1, the Charter School Board may request an informal hearing before the Authorizer. Failure by the Charter School Board to make a written request for a hearing within the 15-business-day period will be treated as acquiescence to the proposed non-renewal or termination. If the Board requests an informal hearing, then included with the request for an informal hearing, the Charter School Board will provide documentation or other evidence in writing to the Authorizer that addresses the issues raised in the notice for termination or non-renewal.
