Common use of BOARDS Clause in Contracts

BOARDS. The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices, one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union. It is agreed that no notice will be posted on the bulletin board without prior written approval by the Administrator of the Nursing Home.
