Bonding Requirements. (A) For construction or facility improvement where the contract is for less than $100,000, the Grantee may follow its established procedures. In the event Grantee has no established procedures in place, the requirements of subparagraph (B) hereof shall be met. (B) For contracts or subcontracts exceeding $100,000, the provisions of the Agency Proce- dures, Chapter 11 on bonding requirements shall be followed. If bonds are required, they shall be in such form and amount as provided in the Agency Procedures, Chapter 11.
