Posting Requirements. Seller shall post the Development Security in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Posting Requirements. When a vacancy within a unit class is created through actions by the District to create a position, or the dismissal, abandonment, resignation or retirement of a former employee, and if the District decides to fill the position, such vacancy shall be posted within all work locations of the District, and shall remain posted at all such locations for not less than six (6) working days prior to being filled. This shall not restrict the District’s ability to employ a substitute employee pending the filling of the vacancy, so long as the District actively pursues the employment of a regular employee.
Posting Requirements. Seller shall post the Performance Assurance in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
(i) Seller shall post all of the Performance Assurance on or before the Initial Delivery Date;
(ii) Performance Assurance must be in the form of cash or a Letter of Credit; and
(iii) The Performance Assurance and any interest accrued thereon in accordance with Section 7.03(a) shall be held by SCE as security for Seller’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Posting Requirements. The Committee will determine the appropriate electronic venue to post copies of the TDE Plan so that it is always available. In addition, electronic copies will be sent to all staff at the commencement of the TDE Plan, to new staff at the start of each subsequent school year, and to any staff upon request. Notice to all teachers and administrators must be provided electronically within ten (10) days of any changes to the TDE Plan.
Posting Requirements. The mandatory overtime procedures will be posted and the list updated whenever there is a change to the list. Seniority lists will be maintained and newly hired employees will be added to the rotation list when they have completed orientation at SACU and Xxxxxxxxx Cottage.
Posting Requirements a. Department Heads shall be appointed for one (1) year terms. When there is a need to appoint a Department Head in a school, the position shall be posted within that school by May 30th and selection shall be made by the Principal or designate by June 15th. Should no teacher apply, or should those who apply not be selected by the Principal or designate, the position may be posted in accordance with sub-section E.21.2.a.
b. Other positions of special responsibility which the Board wishes to fill shall be posted in accordance with sub-section E.21.2.a.
Posting Requirements. Seller shall post the Development Security in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
(i) Seller shall post one-half of the Development Security within five (5) Business Days following the Effective Date, with the remainder to be posted no later than five (5) Business Days after CPUC Approval is obtained or waived by SCE in its sole discretion;
(ii) The Development Security must be in the form of cash or a Letter of Credit; and
(iii) The Development Security and any interest accrued thereon in accordance with Section 7.03(a) shall be held by SCE as security for Seller achieving the Initial Delivery Date on or before the Initial Delivery Deadline and demonstrating that the Project is capable of providing the Contracted Amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Posting Requirements. Owner shall post the Development Security in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
(i) Owner shall post the Development Security simultaneously with Owner’s execution and delivery of this Agreement;
(ii) The Development Security must be in the form of cash or a Letter of Credit, substantially in the form of Exhibit N; and
(iii) The Development Security and any interest accrued thereon in accordance with Section 7.3(a) shall be held by CHGE as security for Owner’s obligations under this Agreement, including achieving the Commercial Operation Date on or before the Guaranteed Commercial Operation Deadline.
Posting Requirements a. When a new position is created or an existing position becomes vacant, such vacancies shall be posted within all work locations of the District and shall remain posted at all such locations for not less than five working days prior to being filled. Summer positions with a duration of 15 or more working days will also be posted. This shall not restrict the District's ability to employ a substitute employee pending the filling of the vacancy, so long as the District actively pursues the employment of a regular employee.
b. The administrator at each District work site will provide a designated area for displaying postings which is prominent, visible, and easily accessed by employees (i.e. staff lounge) during their work day. Site administrators will designate a site employee who will ensure that all postings are placed on this area. Site administrators will ensure that all classified employees at the site are notified of the area where postings will be placed. Any isolated department that does not have access to the above posting area must request of the Personnel Department that they receive an individual posting for their department.
c. All vacancy postings required under section (a) above shall include the class title of the vacant position, the current daily, weekly, or annual hours of employment, and the salary range which is assigned to the position. Such posting does not preclude the District from altering hours or site based upon the changing needs of the District.
d. During the month of May, the District will communicate to employees the manner in which summer postings will be available during the months of June, July, and August.
e. Employees who apply for a position but are not selected may request the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, provide the reason(s) the candidate was not selected. The Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, may provide information that will assist the employee to be successful when applying for future positions.
