Bonds and Related Documents. The Purchaser shall have received (i) an executed copy of each Related Document and (ii) one fully registered Bond of each Series in certificated form, executed by the County, in the principal amount not to exceed the amount of the Commitment, issued to the Trustee, as agent for the Purchaser, and registered in the name of the Purchaser, or as otherwise directed by the Purchaser.

  • Related Documents The words “Related Documents” mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

The School shall not act as a guarantor of any such financing agreement.
